When a business client engages us, they provide limited contact information about their own customers so we can operate the messaging service on their behalf. This may include:

- Appointment or service details, such as last visit date or service type
We collect this information solely to deliver the service our business clients have asked us to provide.

- Send appointment reminders, confirmations, and related notifications

By providing a phone number to one of our business clients, an individual may be enrolled to receive text messages related to their appointments and services with that business. Message frequency varies depending on the business and the individual's activity. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information is not shared with any third parties.

We retain customer contact information only as long as necessary to provide the messaging service to our business clients, or as otherwise required by law.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle, including limiting access to authorized personnel only.
Children's privacy
Our service is intended for use by adults on behalf of their own business's customers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
