These terms govern the text-message notification service ("Service") operated by The Quiet Desk LLC on behalf of its business clients. By opting in to receive messages, you agree to these terms.
Program description
The Service sends appointment reminders, rebooking notifications, confirmations, and related messages to customers of our business clients who have opted in to receive them.
Consent
By providing a phone number to one of our business clients and agreeing to receive text messages, an individual consents to receive messages related to their appointments and services with that business. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies by business and by individual activity — typically a handful of messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You'll receive a one-time confirmation, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
